29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular hand-fed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) On or about 12/09/2015 - Carpentry Shop, Ridgid TS3650 Table Saw, an employee received lacerations to three fingers on his left hand when making contact with the unguarded saw.
