Employer did not ensure the use of chemical resistant gloves and protective eyewear for the hazard of corrosive liquid chemicals throughout the facility. Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to Comet Cleaner with Bleach, Sani-T-10, Clean by Peroxy, and Duet laundry detergent.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Appropriate eyewash stations were not available in facility locations including, but not limited to the Country Cottage Laundry Room and the Garden Cottage Laundry Room. Employee(s) were exposed to corrosive liquid chemicals including, but not limited to Comet Cleaner with Bleach, Sani-T-10, Clean by Peroxy, and Duet laundry detergent.
