29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):      The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards associated with roofing a new residential home where the roof pitch is greater than 4:12 and the ground to eave height is greater than 6 feet.  The most recent occurrence of this happened on a job site located at 18704 HWS Cleveland Blvd, Elkhorn NE where the employer had employees roofing the home without using any form of fall protection
