29 CFR 1910.26(a)(3)(viii): Stepladders did not have a metal spreader or locking device of sufficient size and strength to securely hold the front and the back sections in the open position:  (a). Worksite located at 8353 N. Booth, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall or slip hazard in that the employees were using a stepladder that did not have its' metal spreader locked into place.
