This violation was discovered on February 8, 2016, at a job site located at 2080 North Central Expressway, McKinney, Texas; where at least one employee used a Red-D-Arc diesel welder with a Lincoln electric LN25 wire welder tank and a suitable fire extinguisher was not readily accessible.
