Trinity Street Decatur, GA; employees performing tree felling operations including but not limited to cutting with chainsaws and performing grinding operations were required to wear hearing protection where the employer did not implement a monitoring program.

Trinity Street Decatur, GA; employees performing tree felling operations on the ground, where overhead cutting was occurring, were not wearing hard hats. All workers hard hats were located in the work truck.

Trinity Street Decatur, GA; an employee was observed performing tree felling operations from a Ford F650 bucket truck was not wearing personal fall protection and exposed to falls of up to 25 feet to the lower level. There were two (2) Harnesses located in the work truck, available for use.
