Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. Fort Bragg Camp Mackall: On or about 02/04/2016, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in accessing the roof's edge using an aerial lift were protected by a monitoring system.
