29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 13200 Airline Hwy., Baton Rouge, LA; On or about February 9, 2016, the employer allowed an employee to work from an aerial lift basket while not wearing fall protection. The employee was approximately 20 feet above ground.
