Abatement certification must be submitted.

Abatement certification must be submitted.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used:    a)  At the facility, on or about 2/2/2016: The employer did not train employees on how to protect themselves from health hazards associated with exposure to carbon monoxide and there were no carbon monoxide monitors located in the workplace to alert employees when action was necessary.      Abatement certification must be submitted.
