OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards:    a) On or about 2/1/16 at The Granite Shop located at 2045 Niagara Falls Boulevard, Niagara Falls, New York;  an employee delivering granite slabs was preparing to unload the slabs. When the employee released the tie-down strap the slabs tipped over striking the employee causing multiple fractures.    ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
