29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) PAD and LRP&P Graphics - Dark Room:  The employer did not provide an eye wash station that provides 15 minutes of continue flow for flushing of the eyes when employees can come in contact with corrosive chemicals including but not limited to the DT-2R US Thermal positive CTP Replenisher (Potassium hydroxide solution).  Occurred on or about 02/08/2016.
