29 CFR 1926.451(c)(1)(i): Guys, ties, and braces were not installed at locations where horixontal members support both inner and outer legs: On or about February 09, 2016 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to falls greater than 10 feet in height to the ground level below, when working on a welded frame scaffold, which was not provided with cross bracing to the inner legs, while applying stucco to the wall.
