Hill, VA 23427: On or about February 12, 2016, the employer did not ensure that each lavatory and/or port-a-potty at the South Gate and the North Gate was provided with hot and cold or tepid running water, and made available to Physical Security staff, potentially exposing employees to disease. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
