Veranda Dr., Wichita, KS; the employer did not ensure that the aluminum extension ladder being utilized to access the roof where roofing operations were taking place in that the ladder extended only two feet above the eave and was not firmly attached to the building. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of up to eleven feet eave to ground.
