29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: A.) Allegheny Valve and Coupling Co., Inc.; CNC Department - On or about 2/9/2016, secondary containers were not labeled with the chemical identity and hazard warnings associated with the product. Chemicals including but not limited to Simple Green Cleaner was stored in an spray bottle that contained no labels, chemical identity, and/or hazard warnings.
