29 CFR 1910.272(m)(4): The employer did not implement procedures for the use of tags and locks which will prevent the inadvertent application of energy or motion to equipment being repaired, serviced, or adjusted, which could result in employee injury. This violation occurred on or about February 9, 2016, procedures were not developed for the control of potentially hazardous energy when performing servicing and/or maintenance operations on equipment such as, but not limited to, the conveyor, augers, elevator leg exposing employees to caught-in and struck by hazards.
