29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s): a) 1143 Quentin Road, Lebanon, PA; An employee was servicing a sign while working in an Altec Lift Model #: 200A approximately 12 feet above the ground without the use of fall protection, on or about 02/11/2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
