29 CFR 1926.451(e)(9)(iv): The use of cross braces on tubular welded frame scaffolds was not prohibited as a means of access or egress. Worksite located at 2701 Boren Blvd. Seminole, OK 74868. On or about February 10, 2016, employees were observed climbing the cross braces of the scaffolding to access the top level of the scaffolding. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet.
