Westway Terminal Company LLC, Philadelphia Terminal, Elevated pipe rack North side of Rail Area Loading Dock - The employer did not ensure that employees exposed to sodium hydroxide (corrosive) that dripped from an overhead valve or flange were provided with splash goggles and full-face shields.  While an employee was applying fiberglass insulation onto a pipe, the employee sustained a second degree chemical burn to the face. Condition noted on or about 01/31/16.
