Skyview Ave, Kanas City, MO, an employee engaged in commercial guttering activites on a low-sloped roof with unprotected sides and edges was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 113 inches (9 ft, 5 in) to the concrete surface below. No form of fall protection was in use.
