(a) On February 11, 2016, at a jobsite at 8300 N. Booth Ave., Kansas City, MO, employees were exposed to electric shock hazards in that ground fault circuit interrupters were not in use where a flexible cord powered a DeWalt drill used for mixing mortar.

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Protection was not provided to avoid damage to flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring which passed through doorways or other pinch points: (a) On February 11, 2016, at a jobsite at 8300 N. Booth Ave., Kansas City, MO, employees were exposed to electric shock hazards in that a flexible cord used to power a DeWalt drill was passed under two closed metal doors, subjecting it to a pinch point.
