Employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 17 feet, while engaged in residential roofing activities, employees were not using fall protection equipment. Flores Gutters, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 994419, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1717 E. 39th Avenue, Denver , CO 80205.
