Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, you must report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA: Located at Belucon in Kalamazoo, Michigan: a. The employer did not report a hospitalization of an employee in Columbus, Ohio that occurred on or about November 24, 2015 within twenty-four hours of the incident.
