29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: a. 600 Heraeus Blvd., Buford, GA (Throughout Facility) - Employees were exposed to entrapment hazard. There were several designated emergency exit doors located throughout the 1,000,000 square foot facility which were hidden by large storage items, such as stacked racks loaded with glass, etc. There were no directional exit markings indicating the way to travel, on or about 02/16/2016.
