The employer had not complied with the provisions of 29 CFR 1926.652(b)(1)(i): a) Joyner Hall Job Site - On or about 2-12-16 - Employee was exposed to cave-in hazards while cleaning around the steel piles in excavations that were over 5 feet in depth with vertical walls on all sides.
