American Welding Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard , 29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 977807, citation number 001, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/20/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 689 Hopkins Hill Road, West Greenwich RI, 02817.
