29 CFR 1910.263(j)(1)(iv): Each door, panel, or other point of access to the cutting blades of slicer(s) with endless band knives was not mechanically or electrically interlocked so that the motor would be deenergized if all access doors, panels, or access: a) Production area: The access door to the cake-sponge cutting blade (Brevetti E-Gasparin, model#115.2) was interlocked with the blade motor but the motor does not stop immediately, thus exposing employees to amputation hazard, on or about 02/18/16.
