Cartercraft Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315479063, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on September 21, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2306 Hwy 77, Panama City, FL 32402.    Cartercraft Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1061918, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on September 4, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 111 Cashel Mara Drive, Southport, FL.
