29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Break Area, Coke Machine: On or about February 18, 2016 , and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards up to 120 Volt/ 20 Amperes of current, while refilling a coke machine, having the strain relief disconnected at the plug.
