29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): Lamps used in temporary wiring for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage: (a) South building 3rd floor right wing - On or about February 4, 2016 a strand of temporary lighting running from the ceiling to a temporary electrical power stand had one open socket sitting on the wood frame of the temporary electrical power stand exposing employees to the hazard of contacting live 120 volts.

29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(ii): Flexible cord was not equipped with an attachment plug and energized from a receptacle outlet when used as permitted in 29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(i) [C], [F], or [H]: (a) North and South buildings throughout - On or about February 4, 2016 the temporary light cords had the factory plugged end removed and then the cord was hard wired to a switch for lighting control.
