29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: (a) On or about February 17, 2016 construction debris along the east side and south side of the new building construction was piled up or not removed from the immediate work area. Employee performing work in these areas were exposed to slip, trip, fall and impalement hazards.
