(a) East Side Of Building: An employee performing construction work from an east side second story balcony was not protected from falling to the lower level. An adequate guardrail was not constructed, in-that only a mid-rail was installed exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.    (b) East Side of Building: Employees performing installation of siding on the ground were not protected from falling into the window well openings located along the east side of the building.  Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately seven (7) feet.
