29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:   (a). Worksite located at 3211 Brianna Street, Sedalia, Missouri- Employees were observed using nail guns and radial saws and were not wearing any means of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   (a). Worksite located at 3211 Brianna Street, Sedalia, Missouri- Employees were observed working on the edges of the building without the use of any means  of fall protection.

Worksite located at 3211 Brianna Street, Sedalia, Missouri- The ladder being used to access the second level of the building did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.
