29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems. a) Construction site, Southeast side of building at N & 6 line - On or about February 19, 2016, employees engaged in steel erection activity were not protected from falling more than 15 feet. Sidleck, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 902925, Citation number 01, Item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 08/09/2013, with respect to a workplace located at321 W. Broad St., Bethlehem, PA 18018.
