29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system: a) 111 Adams Avenue, new Lewes Public Library, Lewes, DE - On or about February 18, 2016, the employer failed to ensure employees used fall protection, warning line or safety monitoring system while working on the roof, approximately 15 above the grade, exposing employees to fall hazards. The Wilkinson Roofing & Siding, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 909106, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July, 05, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1 The Circle, Georgetown, DE.
