29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(ii): Each employee on a single-point or two-point adjustable suspension scaffold shall be protected by both a personal fall arrest system and guardrail system; a. On or about February 22, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting masonry operations from a two point suspended scaffolding, approximately thirty (30) feet above the lower surface, were not protected from falls by both a personal fall arrest system and guardrail system, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
