29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.    a)  On February 22, 2016, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while performing masonry work from tubular welded frame scaffold platform elevated approximately three frames above the ground.
