29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 9 Brentwood Place, Monroe Township, NJ 08831. Employee was operating a Sawzall while standing on the sill of an unprotected window with no fall protection system in place exposing him to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below. Condition occurred on or about 02/20/16. Absolute Frame Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1089175, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/17/15, with respect to a workplace located at 68 Hamilton Street, Madison, NJ.
