29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a. 4220 W White Road, Oakwood, GA - Employees were exposed to hazard of sudden energization of moving parts of equipment. Employees (maintenance) perform servicing and maintenance on various machinery and equipment which has multi-energy source, such as electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic. An internal audit was not performed to ensure de-energization procedures were being properly implemented, on or about 02/23/16.
