29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: a) Weber Murphy Fox, Inc., 1100 Rice Avenue, Girard, Pa, 16417: Entrance/Exit area of parking lot to job site: On or about February, 9th, 2016 and times prior thereto, Two 500 gallon propane cylinders were stored next to the entrance/exit to the parking lot area of the job site and were not properly protected against potential vehicular damage.
