29 CFR 1926.403(i)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by cabinets or other forms of enclosures:      (a)  On or about 02/17/16, on the fourth floor of the Jarmulowsky Building under construction, at 60 Canal Street, located in New York, New York,  where temporary lighting had been installed along the stairwell, an open socket was not guarded against accidental contact with total enclosure.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): Lamps used in temporary wiring for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage   (a)  On or about 02/17/16, on the third floor near the elevator shaft, of the Jarmulowsky Building under construction, at 60 Canal Street, located in New York, New York,  an open socket dangling to the floor was not protected against damage.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
