29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports such that the space between adjacent units, and the space between the platform and the uprights is no (a) On or about February 24, 2016 at worksite 1712 NE Aberdeen, Lees Summit, Missouri, an employee was exposed to a fall hazards while performing tasks on a tubular framed scaffold which were not fully planked or decked. The highest working platform which was not fully planked was positioned approximately 14 feet above the concrete surface below. Abatement Note: Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
