29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, was not guarded: On or about January 28, 2016, the point of operation of the C Frame rivet press used in the Front Wall Area was not guarded in that the controls did not incorporate a safety function and were not designed and constructed so as to protect against inadvertent operation of the press. Stoughton Trailers, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard [29 CFR 1910.212 (a)(3)(ii)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 974394, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on August 11, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1111 Veterans Blvd in Stoughton, WI.
