29 CFR 1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels:   a) 100 Norfolk St., NY, NY - 4th floor:  On or about 02/23/2016 an MEC Construction employee was using a  Hilti AG 450-7 angle grinder with abrasive blade to cut metal framing studs.  The blade of the grinder not guarded in any manner, exposing the employee to laceration hazards.
