29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: On or about 2/24/16 located at 1617 Tralee Ct., Grovetown, GA: Employees were framing a house with lumber, and the lumber was observed being swung overhead of the employees without hardhats. Employees were dropping and kicking scrap lumber to the ground. Employees were without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.
