29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2):  Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:  The employer did not ensure electrical panel boxes were labeled to indicate what equipment each breaker supplied power to and exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.   1)  120 208 volts 3 phase breaker box in shear building; 2)  110 volts breaker box in new/used steel sales shop.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):  Employer did not ensure sufficient access and working space was provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while working around electrical panels that were blocked by chairs, metal pieces, filters, hoses, ladders, cabinets and other debris:  1)  120 208 volts 3 phase breaker box in shear building; 2)  110 volts breaker box in new/used steel sales shop.
