29 CFR 1910.219(c)(2)(i): All exposed part(s) of horizontal shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform were not protected by stationary casing(s) enclosing shafting completely or by trough(s) enclosing sides and top or sides and bottom of shafting:    a) Polishing Room Entrance, Polisher A: On or about February 23, 2016, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards from unguarded rotating parts while using three adjacent polishing machines (make and model unknown) that had exposed rotating shafts.    b)Polishing Room, L'Hommdieu #2:  On or about February 23, 2016, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards from unguarded rotating parts while using a L'Hommdieu plating and polishing machine (Model #305, SN: L 84102) that had an exposed rotating shaft.    c) Polsihing Room, L'Hommedieu #1: On or about February 23, 2016, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards from unguarded rotating parts while using a L'Hommdieu plating and polishing machine (model and serial number unknown) that had an exposed rotating shaft.    d) Polishing Room, Polisher B: On or about February 23, 2016, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards from unguarded rotating parts while using a polishing machine (make and model unknown) that had an exposed rotating shaft.    e) Polishing Room, Polisher C: On or about February 23, 2016, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards from unguarded rotating parts while using a polishing machine (make and model unknown) that had an exposed rotating shaft.    f) Polishing Room, Polisher D: On or about February 23, 2016, and times prior thereto, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards from unguarded rotating parts while using a polishing machine (make and model unknown) that had an exposed rotating shaft.
