29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders and stairways: (a) Jobsite, Brentwood Square, Brentwood, PA: On or about February 22, 2016 the employer had not developed and implemented a training program for employees who use ladders and stairways during installation work to ensure employees understood concepts such as, but not limited to: 3 points of contact, ladder erection and use, work surfaces, or potential electrical hazards.
