Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route: The Spoon Group dba Prop N Spoon- Upholstery Area in the Finishing Department: The employer did not ensure that exit route in the Upholstery Section was kept unobstructed. Materials such as but not limited to a desk, pedestal fan, bin filled with fabric and a tarp/blanket stretched over the emergency exit door were stored within the exit route, thus prevented prompt access to the emergency exit door in case of a fire or other emergency. Condition observed on or about February 25, 2016.

Employees engaged in manufacturing props including furniture used chemicals such as, but not limited to: - Bestine Solvent & Thinner by Union Rubber, Inc (which contains 100% Heptane) - Klean-Strip Acetone by W. M. Barr (which contains 100% Acetone) - Klean-Strip Lacquer Thinner by W. M. Barr (which may contain up to 50% Acetone, 31.5% Toluene, 35% Methanol, etc.) - Plasti Dip Thinner by Performix (which contains60-70% toluene and 30-40% VM &P Naphtha) - Regal Classic Premium Interior Semi-Gloss Finish, Benjamin Moore (which contains 10% Kaolin, 5% Carbon black, 0.5% Titanium dioxide, etc.) - 2K Activator, Nason finishes (which contains 36.8 % Methyl Isobutyl Ketone, 37-48% Aliphatic Polyisocyanate resin, etc.) Condition observed on or about February 25, 2016.
