Worksite located at 8050 N. Brighton, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were exposed to overhead hazards while working in the scissor lift elevated into the steel structure.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:     (a). Worksite located at 8050 N. Brighton, Kansas City, Missouri- Employees were observed standing on the guardrails of the scissor lift as well as the scissor lift did not have the midrail chain attached, thus the employees  were exposed to fall hazards while working in this mobile scaffold.

Worksite located at 8050 N. Brighton, Kansas City, Missouri- Employee had climbed out of the lift and on to the steel of the awning and was not wearing any  means of fall protection.
